How You Can Use Our Patterns Our digital sewing patterns are designed for your personal use. You are welcome to sew items for yourself, and you may sell small batches of your handmade creations (please verify the specific product description first to ensure small-scale commercial use is allowed). However, please respect our work: you may not resell, share, distribute, or copy the actual PDF patterns, either digitally or physically.

Our Intellectual Property We put a lot of heart into our creations! All designs, PDF patterns, website photos, and text belong to Frmaa, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Secure Checkouts & Billing Your payments are handled safely by trusted third-party providers like Paddle. We never see, process, or store your complete payment information on our servers. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

Limitation of Liability Sewing is an adventure! Because we cannot be there to sew along with you, we are not responsible or liable for printing hiccups, fabric choices, how the final garment turns out, or if a pattern does not match your current skill level. You use our patterns and instructions entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or digital products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
